#95 Physics of certain mecha abilities

I can definitely recall (in the original release) that certain mechas' movement abilities behave a bit differently than in the Revival release. For example, Michael's dash ability when activated and utilized in a straight line, will only travel a certain distance. However, if the camera is moving in a horizontal way (left or right) Michael's dash velocity increases a lot. This was originally utilized primarily by dashing upwards while "shaking" the camera left and right, and he would gain a significant increase in maximum dash height. If you have archived footage of pro Michael players in the original release, you might see them perform this maneuver. Additionally, Hurricane currently feels sluggish when compared to the original release. I'm speaking from experience as I am known for my Hurricane in the original Asia server. I'm not sure what (if anything) has changed but it feels like he carries his momentum from his sideways dash a lot less than he did before, right now it feels like he drops like a stone.

We looked at the movement code: the dash momentum is the game client's own physics, and our server sends nothing that changes it. A recording from the original servers next to one from ours would show us the difference.
