All the items I open in the bag disappears, as you can see my bag is empty.

Answer from the admin

Found it: boxes with random contents (daily token boxes, sticker packs, gift boxes) were used up and gave nothing - the game files do not say what is inside them. Since 2026-10-04 the boxes whose description states the contents work (Daily Appearance Token Box, Daily Meow Token Gift Box, Meow Encouragement Pack, Talent Handbook Gift Box, C Gift Box); the others can no longer be used up and stay in your bag until we have filled them. Every box you lost this way is given back to your bag at your next login.
