whenever you try to reload or something or change weapons using explosive, it will not shoot.
Found it: after a reload the game waited for a confirmation from the server that never came, and until then the gun swallowed your click. Fixed with the 5 October evening update for the Explosive Sniper and every gun that reloads a whole clip. The Shatterstar and the gun shields load one round at a time and are not fixed yet. Please retest and tell us how it behaves.
