During Hurricane Summoning, swapping 2 cores for 1 core will retain the effect of having 2 cores.
Found it: when a module replaced another one, the game was never told to take the old one's effect off. Fixed for every mecha with the 5 October evening update. Please retest and tell us how it behaves.
