when purchasing the skin for mila "mila the princess" the princess Tiara crown isn't gived to the player and is not purchasable.
Confirmed: skins that come with pieces never gave them. Since 5 October they do - Mila the Princess brings the Princess Tiara and its hair piece - and if you already own such a skin, the pieces arrive the next time you log in.
