The Hurricane Transformation shield module is not working.

Answer from the admin

Confirmed and fixed on 5 October: Energy Recovery never fired, because Hurricane's aircraft mode reaches the server differently than the module expected. It now gives its shield every time you switch into aircraft mode. Please retest.
